Not happy with your purchase? No problem. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Start a Return
Before sending anything back, reach out to us first at hello@raebe.com so we can get things sorted. Returns sent without prior approval won't be accepted.
Once your return is approved, please ship the item to:

The cost of return shipping is on you, and we won't reimburse it — so if your refund is processed, that shipping cost will come off the total. For anything valuable, we'd suggest getting a tracked service or shipping insurance just to be safe, since we can't be held responsible for packages that don't make it back to us.
My Order Hasn't Arrived — Is It Lost?
A delayed shipment isn't necessarily a lost one. We keep an eye on all orders as they move through the delivery process. If your order is genuinely lost, we'll issue a refund — but only once our courier or shipping agent has officially confirmed it as lost.
Something Arrived Damaged or Wrong?
Open your package as soon as it arrives and check everything over. If something's broken, missing, or not what you ordered, get in touch with us promptly and we'll look into it.
To process your claim, we'll need clear, unedited photos or videos showing:
- What's damaged or incorrect
- Exactly how many items are affected
Vague claims like "everything is damaged" won't be accepted without solid proof. If we can verify an issue, we'll make it right — but only for the specific items confirmed to be affected, not the whole order.
Want an Exchange Instead?
We don't do direct swaps. If you'd like a replacement, send the original item back (once approved) and place a fresh order.
Getting Your Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. It'll go back to however you originally paid — though your bank may take a little extra time to reflect it.
